On behalf of our client — a major logistics company with 2 warehouses in Lima and over 6 nationwide — we are looking for a Warehouse Assistant for their Ate branch. Requirements: * No prior experience required. * Responsibility, punctuality, and high level of commitment. * Ability to work in a team and under pressure. * Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn. Responsibilities: * Receive merchandise, verifying quantities and physical condition according to delivery note or invoice. * Safely and orderly load and unload products. * Prepare orders (picking and packing) according to customer requirements. * Support dispatch of merchandise and validation of documentation. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper product placement in the warehouse. * Assist in periodic inventories (physical counts and stock control). * Identify and report damaged goods or inventory discrepancies. * Comply with established safety procedures and regulations.
