Summary:
Seeking an experienced Maintenance Instructor to develop and deliver theoretical and practical training, ensuring compliance with aviation standards and maintaining accurate records.

**Scope:** Full Time, Employed
**Model:** Fully Onsite
**Location:** Switzerland (relocation assistance provided)
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and update lesson plans, presentations, exercises, and learning checks.
* Support overall training program planning and module coverage.
* Ensure all teaching material meets EASA Part‑66/147 and national authority standards.
* Deliver module‑based theoretical training for Part‑66 B1 and/or B2\.
* Conduct hands‑on training in tooling, maintenance practices, safety, and workmanship.
* Guide students through required practical tasks and skill assessments.
* Maintain accurate records of practical training and task completion.
* Promote strong safety practices within the training environment.
* Help develop procedures, templates, and standardized training documentation.
* Support creation and maintenance of instructor competence records.
* Participate as a subject‑matter expert in internal readiness reviews and authority audits.
**Qualifications**
* EASA Part‑66 License \- **Essential**
* Prior experience as an Instructor: Part‑147 and Part‑145 (theory and practical) \- **Essential**
* Familiarity with training documentation systems, LMS tools, or digital exam/training platforms
* Fixed Wing Experience \- preferred
* Experience supporting audits and compliance checks
