This time, we are looking for talented individuals to join the ***GALERA or SAKI POKÉ*** team as: **Cashier** **LOCATION:** * **GALERA:** Av. Camino Real 1215, San Isidro * **SAKI POKE:** Emilio Cavenecia 151, Miraflores **SCHEDULE:** * **GALERA:** Sunday to Thursday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM; Friday and Saturday, 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM * **SAKI POKE:** 1:45 PM to 10:30 PM * 1 day off per week **Responsibilities:** * Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner. * Record sales and operate the cash register or POS system. * Handle cash, credit/debit cards, and various payment methods. * Issue invoices and receipts. * Assist with table or motorized delivery of dishes. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the cashier area. * Address basic guest inquiries or escalate them to the appropriate department. * Comply with company policies and procedures. * Perform end-of-day cash reconciliation. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Completed secondary education. * Knowledge and proficiency in sales platforms (RESTAURANT.PE preferred). * Responsibility and punctuality. * Team-oriented mindset. **Benefits:** * Full payroll registration from the first day of employment (General Regime). * SCTR, Life Insurance by Law, and ESSALUD. * Meal allowance covered. * Internal discounts on Saki Poke, Galera, and Uke brand products.
