Creativity and storytelling ability At Casa Causa, we seek a creative and proactive person to help strengthen our social media presence and connect with our community. **Responsibilities:** * Create and manage social media content * Plan the monthly content calendar * Prepare performance reports * Design assets for campaigns, product launches, and events * Manage messages and comments * Support brand activities and events **Requirements:** * Studies in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields * Experience in social media management and content creation * Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and CapCut (basic/intermediate Adobe skills desirable) * Prior experience in retail, fashion, or purpose-driven brands is preferred **Competencies:** * Creativity and storytelling ability * Organization and planning * Proactivity and idea generation * Ability to interpret metrics and focus on results **Soft Skills:** * Strong communication skills * Teamwork * Collaborative attitude * Problem-solving ability **Role Objectives:** * Maintain active and growing social media channels * Foster community engagement * Attract more customers to the store and strengthen the brand Salary: S/.1,200.00 – S/.1,500.00 per month Workplace: Hybrid, Villa El Salvador, Lima
