Job Summary: We are seeking a Delivery Driver Assistant to support loading, unloading, and organizing products, ensuring safe and efficient deliveries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance with loading, unloading, and organizing products 2. Minor vehicle maintenance and compliance with traffic regulations 3. On-route support to the driver and execution of assigned tasks We are a continuously growing company with over 18 years in the market and a leader in our industry. We are looking for a **DELIVERY DRIVER ASSISTANT** who meets the following profile: **REQUIREMENTS** * Reside in areas adjacent to CARABAYLLO AND COMAS (Northern Cone). * Completed secondary education. * Minimum of 3 months’ experience in similar roles within bakeries or pastry shops (preferred). * Familiarity with delivery manifests. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Load products in order according to the assigned route, from the farthest store to the nearest. * Assist safely and efficiently with loading and unloading products (in crates). * Help organize production inside the vehicle, ensuring proper arrangement to prevent damage during transport. * Perform minor vehicle maintenance tasks, such as cleaning the interior, inspecting tire condition, or checking fluid levels. * Know and apply current traffic regulations, as well as safety standards for handling goods. * Remain vigilant and alert to any incidents that may occur en route to provide timely support to the driver. * Carry out other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS** * 100% covered lunch * Enrollment in MYPE payroll system * Positive work environment * Opportunity for career progression **WORK HOURS** * Route start time: 6:00 AM * Work schedule: Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Starting at S/.1,200\.00 per month Application Question(s): * How long does it take you to reach Av.
