Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Grill Cook to prepare and cook grilled meats, control doneness levels, and maintain hygiene in the work area. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for an **experienced Grill Cook** specialized in grilled meats. **Job Responsibilities** * Prepare and cook grilled meats according to restaurant standards * Control the **doneness levels** requested by customers * Properly select, portion, and handle various **cuts of meat** * Operate **charcoal and/or wood-fired grills** * Keep the grill and its work area **clean and organized** * Comply with **food hygiene and safety regulations** * Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timing and quality * Monitor basic grill supplies (charcoal, firewood, assigned meats) * Assist with pre-shift preparation (mise en place) when required **Requirements** * Proven prior experience as a **grill cook** * Knowledge of **meat cuts and grilling techniques** * Mastery of different doneness levels * Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours * Availability to work on **weekends and holidays** * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment * Good **food handling practices** * Ability to work in a team * Proactive attitude and quality orientation **Desirable** * Experience in meat or grill restaurants * Food handler certification * Basic knowledge of cooking or plating **Benefits** * Enrollment in the **MYPE payroll system**, in accordance with current legislation * Competitive salary commensurate with market standards and candidate experience * Timely payment and job stability * Meals provided during working hours * Positive work environment and respectful treatment * Basic training on restaurant processes and standards * Opportunities for growth and learning within the company * Weekly rest day as mandated by law \- We are located in the northern district (Carabayllo, bordering Puente Piedra) SUBMIT CV.
