




Job Summary: We are seeking a freelance/part-time digital marketing manager to lead the B2B digital strategy for two brands, with a focus on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the B2B digital marketing strategy for multiple brands. 2. Leads digital presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. 3. Creates, optimizes, and reports on advertising campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads. Work Mode: Freelance / Part\-time Brands Managed: Deli \+ Canut de Bon JOB OBJECTIVE Manage the digital presence and marketing strategy for both companies, with primary focus on LinkedIn for B2B lead generation, and complementary presence on Instagram and TikTok. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop monthly content calendars for both brands * Manage and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok * Design social media graphics * Set up and manage advertising accounts (Business Manager, pixel, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) * Create, optimize, and report on campaigns in LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads * Manage messages and comments across all platforms * Deliver monthly performance and metrics reports REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B digital marketing * Proficiency in organic LinkedIn and LinkedIn Ads * Proficiency in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) * Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously * Knowledge of corporate and business communication strategies DESIRABLE COMPETENCIES * Experience in food service, logistics, or distribution sectors * Experience with TikTok Ads * Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) * Proficiency in Canva Pro Job Type: Full\-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,700\.00 per month Work Location: On\-site employment
