Position Objective Provide comprehensive support across all areas of the sandwich shop (kitchen, griddle, sandwich assembly, customer service, and cleaning), ensuring fast, friendly, and high-quality service while complying with operational standards, Good Food Handling Practices (GHP), and guidelines established by Sándwiches Monstruos S.A.C. 2. Main Responsibilities * Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to recipes, portion sizes, and established standards. * Support griddle operations (cooking meats and sausages, toasting bread). * Provide customer service at the counter and/or support internal delivery as required by shift needs. * Perform basic cash handling and POS system operation when required by the shift. * Execute mise en place (pre-shift preparation of ingredients and supplies). * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, equipment, and utensils. * Strictly comply with Good Food Handling Practices (GHP). * Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating supplies using the FIFO method. * Comply with company safety protocols and internal policies. * Assist with store opening and closing as scheduled. 3. Experience * Minimum 6 months’ experience in sandwich shops, fast-food establishments, restaurants, or related fields. * Customer service and/or kitchen experience preferred. 4.
