Our Psychological Center 'From Parents to Children' is looking for the best talent to fill the position of **psychologist – psychotherapist** for in-person services at our office in **Jesús María**, Arequipa. **Requirements**: * Licensed and registered psychologist with current professional license. * **Minimum 3 years’ experience in psychotherapeutic positions.** * **Experience developing and implementing workshops and group activities.** * **Knowledge of administering projective and psychometric assessments.** * At least one **certified therapeutic training program**, or nearing completion. * Availability to work in-person at our office in **Jesús María**. **Responsibilities**: * Provide psychotherapeutic services to one or more client groups: children, adolescents, and adults; individually, as couples, and for parents. * Conduct psychometric and projective assessments. * Preparation and writing of reports. * Initial patient intake and orientation. * Development and implementation of workshops for children, adolescents, and adults. * Support and supervision of assigned interns and trainees. * Development of psychology department projects. * Additional duties related to the position. **\> Competencies**: * Strong verbal communication skills, excellent interpersonal manner, solution-focused, and committed to high-quality service. * Willingness to collaborate effectively in teams, with leadership aptitude. * Responsible and punctual, delivering high-quality patient care. **\> Conditions**: * Employment options: Part\-Time (afternoon/evening) or Full\-time \- contract includes Saturdays. * Positive work environment. * Ongoing training and learning opportunities. * Growth opportunities based on performance.
