**Job Objective:** Ensure the proper handling, registration, labeling, and loading of passenger luggage, guaranteeing order, safety, and efficiency in the bus boarding process. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive, weigh, and inspect the condition of passenger luggage. * Correctly label and register each piece with destination, ticket number, and passenger details. * Load luggage into the bus cargo compartment safely and in an orderly manner. * Verify that the number of registered bags matches those loaded. * Coordinate with the driver and boarding staff before closing the cargo compartment. * Handle special luggage (fragile, oversized, etc.). * Assist in unloading luggage when required. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. **Job Requirements:** * Minimum education: Completed secondary school (preferably with technical training in logistics or transportation). * Experience: 6 months to 1 year in similar roles (boarding, cargo handling, logistics, warehouse). * Basic knowledge of cargo manifests or records. * Safe luggage handling practices. * Ability to identify restricted items. * Physical condition: Good physical health for handling moderate to heavy loads. **We Offer:** Pleasant work environment.
