Coordination of mechanical work and assurance of operational continuity. **MECHANICAL ENGINEER** **Requirements:** • Certified technician, graduate, or bachelor’s degree holder in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance Mechanics, or Agricultural Engineering. • Minimum 5 years’ experience in mechanical tasks within an industrial plant. • Proven experience in handling and operating tractors and heavy machinery (mandatory). • Experience in the cleaning sector (desirable). • Knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance. • Willingness to travel to the northern region (Huacho and Huaral locations). **Responsibilities:** • Supervise and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant machinery and mechanical equipment. • Ensure operational continuity and availability of industrial equipment and tractors. • Coordinate mechanical work with production and maintenance departments. • Diagnose mechanical failures and propose timely technical solutions. • Verify compliance with safety and operational standards at the plant. • Conduct periodic technical inspections of equipment and machinery. • Prepare maintenance reports, failure reports, and reports on implemented improvements. • Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in plant processes. • Regularly travel between Huacho and Huaral locations as required by operational needs. **Benefits** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Formal employment under the general labor regime.
