REQUIREMENTS: * Completed secondary education. * Outgoing person, energetic, with strong communication skills. * With or without experience. * Reside in areas near LURIN SJM, VMT, VES, or nearby districts. * Availability to perform fieldwork. * Availability to work 8 hours daily between 4:00 AM \- 11:00 PM (rotating shifts). RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise buses on route, cleanliness, and staff appearance. * Report unrecorded driver sales. * Channel passenger complaints to Customer Service. * Report incidents to Control Tower and assist with transfers. * Assist in ticket collection on routes and at sales points. * Perform other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.
