Direct support to the Commercial Management team in various functions. **Occupational Clinic S&M** is looking to incorporate a Commercial Assistant into our team. **Requirements:** * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in service sales and commercial management. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) **(Mandatory)** * Excellent communication skills over the phone, ability to persuade, and capacity to work under pressure. **(Mandatory)** * Preference for candidates residing in areas near San Miguel. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct prospecting and identify potential clients in the occupational health sector. * Follow up with the existing customer portfolio. * Prepare commercial reports, proposals, and quotations. * Prepare and send payment details, electronic invoices, and credentials. * Register employees into the clinic’s occupational software according to their scheduled appointments. * Provide support to the Commercial Management team as required.
