Participates in cost and rate analysis At **DecoClean Express**, we are seeking a **Budget Administrative Assistant** to provide support in the preparation, analysis, and control of budgets for the company’s services and projects. The position will participate in gathering technical and economic information, preparing budgetary documents, analyzing costs, and updating operational cost structures, thereby contributing to the achievement of the organization’s economic and commercial objectives. Main Responsibilities * Collect technical, operational, and economic information for budget and proposal preparation. * Participate in developing cost structures, comparative tables, valuations, and rate analyses. * Prepare and update databases of material, labor, tool, and third-party service costs. * Perform direct and indirect cost calculations according to requirements from the commercial area or projects. * Prepare preliminary and final budgets and their respective revisions. * Consolidate supplier quotations and analyze economic offers. * Support the preparation of economic proposals for public and private tenders. * Coordinate with operational and technical departments to validate staffing, tool, and machinery requirements. * Prepare cost reports, budget variance reports, and deviation analyses. * Maintain updated digital and physical archives of budgets and quotations. * Register information on tender platforms and client portals. * Track budgets sent to clients. * Support the updating of rates and services. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements * Technical or university studies in **Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields**. * Minimum **1 year of experience** in budgeting, costing, quotations, or commercial areas. * Knowledge of **costs and budgeting**. * Proficiency in **Excel at intermediate or advanced level**. * Basic knowledge of **financial analysis and quotations**. * Proficiency in **office productivity tools**.
