Preparation of reports, proposals, and quotations **Occupational Clinic S\&M** requires incorporating a Commercial Assistant into our team. **Requirements:** * Technical degree holder or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * One (1) year of experience in service sales and commercial management. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) **(Mandatory)** * Strong communication skills over phone calls, persuasive ability, and capacity to work under pressure. **(Mandatory)** * Preference for candidates residing in districts near San Miguel. **Responsibilities** * Conduct prospecting and identification of potential clients in the occupational health sector. * Perform follow-up on the existing client portfolio. * Prepare commercial reports, proposals, and quotations. * Prepare and send payment details, electronic invoices, and credentials. * Register employees into the clinic’s occupational software according to their schedule. * Provide support to the Commercial Management as required.
