




Position Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Assistant with experience in B2B service sales to manage customer portfolios, prepare proposals, and support commercial operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Active management of customer and prospect portfolios. 2. Preparation of commercial proposals and customer orientation. 3. Comprehensive support in commercial management. We are looking for a Commercial Assistant with proven experience in B2B service sales. **Requirements** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in a professional or technical field related to the position. * Minimum 1 year of sales experience. * Intermediate-level office software proficiency (Excel and Word). **Responsibilities** * Management of the prospect database. * Maintenance of up-to-date current customer portfolios (retention) and potential customer portfolios. * Customer guidance on solutions offered by the company. * Preparation of proposals requested by prospects and/or customers, using existing formats and procedures for each business line. * Planning and making follow-up calls to monitor commercial activities. * Execution of billing and collections processes for completed services. * Preparation of reports requested by management. **Employment Type:** Full-time under the general labor regime.
