Positive work environment and growth opportunities Accounting Assistant – Arte y Jabón Company Location: Lima Work Modality: On-site Contract Type: Fixed-term Working Hours: Full-time Job Objective Provide operational and administrative support to the accounting department, ensuring accurate recording, control, and reconciliation of the company’s financial information. Essential Requirements Technical or university graduate in Accounting. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounting Assistant (MANDATORY). Experience in commercial or retail companies (desirable). Proficiency in CONCAR, SISCONT, or similar accounting systems. Up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations (IGV, withholding taxes, deductions). Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reports). Experience in filing PDT forms and handling SUNAT procedures. Main Responsibilities Recording of purchases, sales, and accounting provisions. Bank reconciliations. Management of accounts payable and receivable. Support in preparing tax declarations. Control and archiving of accounting documentation. Support in monthly accounting closing. Coordination with suppliers and the administrative department.
