ANALYTICAL LABORATORY is an accredited Environmental Laboratory dedicated to providing environmental monitoring and analysis services for various sectors such as mining, hydrocarbons, industry, fisheries, etc. We are currently seeking an **IMPORT ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree or university graduate in International Trade, International Business, Customs, or related fields. * Minimum 02 years of experience. * Intermediate level of Microsoft Office. * Advanced English (oral and written). Must reside in areas adjacent to Callao \- Bellavista \- San Miguel \- SMP. **FUNCTIONS:** * Receive and review documents sent by the client, supplier, and/or Commercial Department. * Send requested reports to clients, management, and other immediate superiors regarding the status of their shipments, and provide real-time updates on progress or observations. * Track the arrival and departure of goods. * Supervise assistants and sales staff to ensure optimal performance of their duties. * Manage import and export processes with associated suppliers (shipping lines, airlines, maritime agents, and warehouses). * Manage shipment routing according to client requests. * Manage and track shipments until delivery of goods and corresponding invoicing. * Keep incident records up to date. * Transport and/or load goods when they are at our premises. * Other duties inherent to the position. **SKILLS:** * Effective verbal and written communication. * Teamwork. * Planning and organizational ability. **BENEFITS:** * Timely monthly payments. * Professional growth. * Payroll from day one. * General regime.
