Job Summary: We are seeking a Community Manager and Content Creator to manage social media, develop scripts and copy, engage with the community, and analyze metrics—with an emphasis on creativity and results. Analysis of metrics, trends, and organic content optimization. Job Responsibilities: \- Writing creative scripts for short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts). \- Creating copy for social media posts. \- Publishing and managing social media content according to the editorial calendar. \- Participating in and hosting TikTok Live broadcasts for the brand. \- Producing outdoor content aligned with campaigns and brand guidelines. \- Community engagement: responding to comments, messages, and basic inquiries. \- Community moderation and monitoring of the brand’s digital reputation. \- Managing, analyzing, and reporting on social media metrics (reach, engagement, growth). \- Identifying digital trends and proposing trend-aligned content. \- Optimizing organic content to improve engagement and community growth. \- Coordinating with internal teams to align content with business objectives. \- This position does not include video editing, image editing, or paid advertising management.
