The position will actively participate in campaign planning, execution, and monitoring; social media management; content generation; and performance analysis—contributing to brand positioning and achievement of business objectives. **Responsibilities** * Support the **planning, execution, and monitoring of advertising campaigns** (digital and traditional) for real estate projects. * Manage and update the company’s **social media channels** (content, posts, user engagement). * Coordinate the creation of graphic and audiovisual content (posts, flyers, videos, ads). * Conduct **market research** and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate sector. * Coordinate with sales and commercial teams to ensure **brand consistency** and messaging alignment. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or graduate in **Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields**. * Minimum of **1–2 years’ experience** in digital marketing or advertising campaign management. * Proficiency in **social media management and digital campaigns**. * Strong **writing and communication skills**. * Analytical and organizational abilities. * Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop) and advertising platforms. **We Offer** * Formal employment registration * Opportunity for professional growth * Excellent work environment Job Type: Part-time Salary: S/.565.00 – S/.1,200.00 per month Expected Hours: 20 hours per week Work Location: On-site
