Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to ensure optimal facility operation, supervise operational staff, support reporting and sales management, and address customer concerns. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure optimal facility operation and service standards. 2. Assist in staff supervision and report preparation. 3. Address and resolve customer concerns and achieve sales targets. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Ensure optimal facility operation by complying with cleanliness, service, and safety standards. · Support the facility manager in supervising operational staff. · Assist in submitting company-mandated reports (operational, commercial, administrative). · Comply with the company’s Process Manual and Internal Work Regulations. · Address, resolve, and follow up on customer concerns and complaints. · Cash reconciliation, balancing, and rotation; exchange; others. · Achieve sales targets. · Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS** **EDUCATION**: Technical or university students, graduated or incomplete, in administration, psychology, marketing, or related fields. **EXPERIENCE:** 6 months in the retail sector. **WORK CONDITIONS:** · Availability: Full-time · Payroll: Microenterprise payroll · Schedule: Monday to Sunday (48 hours per week, rest days between Monday and Friday) Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1\.00 per day Work location: On-site employment
