Ensure quality standards and client compliance **What will you do in this role?** * Responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes. * Coordinate onboarding process stages with internal/external clients. * Conduct competency-based interviews. * Ensure compliance with quality standards and commitments to the client. * Candidate support and process closure. * **Immediate availability to work in Huachipa, near Gloria Milk Plant.** **Requirements:** * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in talent attraction and selection, preferably in civil construction. * Experience with operational, commercial, industrial, mid-level management, and executive profiles.
