




Job Summary: Responsible for comprehensive human resources management, including recruitment, personnel administration, regulatory compliance, and organizational development. Key Highlights: 1. Development of digital marketing strategies Execution and responsibility for HR tasks as an assistant; Conduct recruitment and selection: job posting, screening, interviews, and coordination with department heads. Draft employment contracts, renewals, and termination procedures. Employee onboarding and offboarding in the T-REGITRO system. Maintain employee attendance records. Manage personnel files and labor documentation. Induct, support, and monitor new employees. Supervise compliance with labor regulations and occupational health and safety (OHS) standards. Coordinate internal activities aimed at fostering a positive work environment. Conduct performance evaluations jointly with department heads. Support planning and execution of corporate events (anniversaries, year-end celebrations, special dates). Create social media content and commercial campaigns. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance company visibility and positioning. Manage internal communications and provide administrative support.
