***We’re looking for you!*** **Job Opening:** Sales & After-Sales Assistant (Customer Service) **- Schedule:** Monday to Saturday (7:00 AM – 11:00 AM) **- Availability:** Immediate **Job Objective** Handle and manage customer communication through our CRM system, promoting sales, entering orders into the system, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring proper scheduling of weekly deliveries. Provide information about products and services, ensuring warm, clear, and efficient customer service. **Main Responsibilities** * Respond to customer messages and inquiries via CRM * Schedule and coordinate weekly orders based on delivery routes and available stock. * Register confirmed orders in the system * Follow up with frequent and inactive customers to encourage repurchase or reactivation. * Support the sales department in promotional activities, campaigns, and cross-selling. * Report order incidents, cancellations, or last-minute changes to the logistics department. * Keep customer and order records up to date. * Propose improvements to the customer service or sales follow-up process. * Escalate special cases to the relevant department (logistics or sales). **Requirements** * Experience in customer service or sales (preferred). * Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, Excel, or other simple record-keeping tools. * Excellent writing, verbal communication, and spelling skills. * Organized, friendly, solution-oriented, and positive attitude. * Ability to work autonomously and meet weekly goals.
