Competitor analysis and support in administrative tasks **RESPONSIBILITIES** \* Office-based work handling customers via WhatsApp, telephone, and other digital channels. \* Coordinate with production, logistics, and dispatch departments to optimize deliveries. \* Advise customers kindly, clearly, and empathetically regarding the company’s products. \* Track orders, coordinate shipments, and resolve post-sales inquiries. \* Monitor competitor activities (pricing, new product lines, substitute products). \* Support administrative tasks and organization within the commercial department. \* Client portfolio follow-up. \* Proactively coordinate in cases of stockouts, changes, or rescheduling. \* Accurately apply commercial terms. \* Ensure promissory notes, bank transfers, and payments are received on agreed dates. \* Strong verbal and written communication skills. \* Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and customer orientation. \* Experience in sales or customer service.
