




**We are looking for the best talent for the position of:** **COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT – PHARMACEUTICAL SECTOR** **Location:** San Martin de Porres **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Work Modality:** On-site **Requirements** * Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Business Management, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, institutional and private sales (pharmacies). * Experience in post-sales customer service. * Knowledge of sales to public entities (ESSALUD, MINSA, clinics, among others). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. * Active communication skills, negotiation abilities, and results orientation. * Committed, honest, responsible individual with a desire for professional growth. **Responsibilities** * Attend to and follow up on quotations for institutional and private clients. * Carry out comprehensive sales follow-up, from quotation through to closing and post-sales. * Manage procedures before OSCE – RNP, SUNARP, MTPE, and state procurement processes. * Prepare and draft administrative and commercial documentation. * Assemble files and documents for public procurement processes. * Monitor purchase orders and coordinate with internal departments (logistics, warehouse, billing). * Maintain direct contact with clients’ pharmacy, procurement, and logistics departments. **We Offer** * All statutory benefits (General Regime). * Opportunity to join a pharmaceutical company experiencing continuous growth. * Pleasant work environment and collaborative culture. * Opportunities for learning and professional development. **Application:** Interested candidates must send us their CV.
