




Job Summary: A Sales Assistant is required to support customer service, sales management, administrative tasks, internal coordination, and after-sales follow-up. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate deliveries or shipments with logistics. **. Administrative Management:** . Update customer database. . Issue invoices, receipts, or waybills (as applicable per company policy). . File sales documents. . Assist in preparing daily or monthly sales reports. **. Internal Coordination:** . Coordinate with warehouse regarding stock levels. . Inform sales department or management about orders and progress updates. . Support sales representatives or commercial executives. **. After-Sales:** . Follow up on deliveries. . Handle complaints or returns. . Verify customer satisfaction. **. Requirements:** **.** Technical diploma or degree in **Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields** (preferred). . Intern in **Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Logistics, or related fields** (preferred). . Courses in sales or customer service (optional). . **Knowledge:** **.** Basic or intermediate proficiency in **Excel**. . Proficiency in email and Microsoft Office tools. .
