




Job Summary: A legal professional responsible for the comprehensive legal management of mining operations, including permits, contracts, and regulatory analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Manages permits, licenses, and authorizations for mining operations 2. Drafts and reviews contracts with suppliers and business partners 3. Analyzes mining legal issues and manages documentation Responsibilities: * Reviewing and tracking permits, licenses, and authorizations required for mining operations * Drafting, reviewing, and tracking contracts with suppliers, contractors, and other business partners, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and internal company guidelines * Managing legal documents such as contracts, concessions, permits, deeds, and other juridical documents (including filing, digitization, and organization) to facilitate access and usage * Analyzing mining-related legal matters—including changes in legislation, case law, or regulations that may impact operations—and performing corresponding document management Requirements: * Licensed, graduated, or bachelor’s degree holder in Law * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office * Two years of experience in the mining sector * Knowledge and experience in mining cadastre Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
