We are looking for a **Multifunctional Assistant La Molina** to be the first point of contact—guiding our students and prospects, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience from the very first moment. **SCHEDULE:** * ***Friday: 2:00pm \- 9:00pm*** * ***Saturday: 8:10am \- 5:35pm*** * ***Sunday: 8:10am \- 5:35pm*** **SALARY:** s/ 585.00 \- s/600.00 **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive and guide visitors and students, providing a warm and professional welcome. * Manage the sales counter: merchandise, accessories, and archery products. * Maintain an organized and attractive counter and display area. * Assist with attendance registration and equipment distribution. * Serve as a communication channel among customers, coaches, and the administrative team. * Handle cash/POS operations and generate corresponding CRM reports. * Support instruction of introductory classes. * Perform other duties related to the position. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Prior experience in **Customer Service, Sales or Reception (minimum 6 months).** * Excellent appearance and a positive, service-oriented attitude. * Regular participation in sports. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to organize and multitask effectively in dynamic environments. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment contract. * **Training** and ongoing support. * **Bonus** based on commercial targets and performance after the probationary period. * Opportunity for professional development within a growing sports environment.
