Proactive, dynamic, and organized individual We are seeking a **Back Office Assistant** for the commercial area, responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the supervisor, ensuring accurate tracking of the telemarketing team's performance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation and updating of Excel reports. * Creation and monitoring of commercial quotas. * Daily progress tracking of telemarketers. * Distribution and organization of databases. * Direct support to the supervisor in managing the area's operations. * Internal coordination of the team's information flow. * This position is 100% operational support; it does not involve making calls or performing sales functions. **Requirements:** * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Proactive, dynamic, and organized individual. * Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility. * Ability to work within structured processes and track data. **Conditions:** * Work modality: On-site * Employment regime: RxH (3 to 4 months), followed by formal employment under REMYPE payroll * Salary: S/ 1,400 \+ bonuses * Department: Commercial (operational support, not sales) * Work location: Lince, a few blocks from Risso Shopping Center Salary: Up to S/.1,400\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have intermediate-level Excel knowledge (use of filters, basic and intermediate formulas, and tables)?
