Job Summary: This position supports accounting and billing operations, ensuring the issuance and recording of invoices, and reconciling sales and payment information. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative support to the accounting department and month-end closing activities. 2. Management of invoicing and sales reconciliation on marketplaces. 3. Responsibilities: \-Issue invoices required by various sales channels. \-Ensure invoices are issued up-to-date and sent promptly. \-Record and upload invoices requested by marketplaces into the corresponding system. \-Support the review and resolution of cases involving incorrectly issued invoices. \-Reconcile sales and billing information across all marketplace accounts, stock channels, and international channels. \-Reconcile payment and transactional withdrawal information from Mercado Pago’s gateway for internal accounts. \-Report discrepancies identified during reconciliations. \-Prepare billing and collections reports. \-Provide administrative support to the accounting department. \-Coordinate with department heads to support month-end closing activities. Requirements: \-Immediate availability \-Technical or university degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field (in progress or completed). \-Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookup functions, data validation). \-Proactive learning attitude and problem-solving orientation. \-Clear and assertive communication with internal departments. \-Responsibility and sense of urgency.
