We seek a person to join our administrative team. Your primary mission will be to ensure that all sold services or products are billed timely and accurately, maintaining smooth communication with the Sales and Accounting departments to prevent discrepancies. Main Responsibilities * Invoice Issuance: Generate invoices, shipping guides, credit notes, debit notes, and receipts in compliance with current tax regulations. * Data Reconciliation: Verify that orders, contracts, or quotations exactly match the final billing. * Filing and Control: Maintain an organized digital and physical record of all issued documents. * Customer Service: Resolve billing-related inquiries or account statement questions from internal and external customers. Collections Support: Collaborate with the Treasury department to identify payments and apply corresponding invoices.
