




Job Summary: We are seeking a Billing Assistant in Santiago de Surco to manage orders, reports, and records, supporting accounting and customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Billing and retention order control and management. 2. Preparation of billing reports and customer service. 3. Revenue management in the system and deposit validation. We are looking for a talented Billing Assistant to join our team in Lima, district Santiago de Surco. Responsibilities: * Control of receipt of billing orders * Submission of reports to Management on billed orders and orders pending billing * Management of customer retention deductions * Preparation of income and sales vouchers for proper documentation and weekly submission to Accounting * Management of customer registration and alignment as required * Weekly billing and revenue reporting * Recording of income in the system and telephone customer service * Confirmation and validation of customer income (deposits into operations) * Review, follow-up, and management of reports on orders pending billing * Preparation of billing reports for orders pending collection Requirements: * Technical or university degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields * Intermediate Excel knowledge preferred * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience preferred * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm; Saturdays as required by service needs * Availability to work in Santiago de Surco, near Jockey Plaza Benefits: * Bi-weekly and timely payments * Market-competitive remuneration * Statutory benefits Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.1,800.00 per month Application Questions: * What is your academic degree? * Do you have Excel knowledge?
