




Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Assistant to support commercial operations and customer management at an accredited environmental laboratory focused on quality management system compliance. ANALYTICAL LABORATORY is an accredited environmental laboratory dedicated to providing environmental monitoring and analytical services across various sectors including mining, hydrocarbons, industry, fisheries, etc. We are currently seeking a **SALES ASSISTANT**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * University student in final semesters, or graduate/bachelor in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in the field. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). * General knowledge of environmental analysis and services. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Adhere to the Quality Management System (QMS) Policy and other QMS guidelines. * Manage customer data entry and updates in the LIMS. * Support preparation of documentation for tenders, calls for proposals, and bidding processes. * Identify deviations, risks, or opportunities for improvement within the management system or internal procedures, and report them to the immediate supervisor. * Prepare proformas and service orders under the supervision of Account Executives. * Support the General Management and Commercial Management teams. * Assist in client servicing for approved offerings. * Receive and handle commercial department phone calls, appropriately routing them to relevant personnel. * Schedule and coordinate with General Management and Commercial Management to address meeting requests from existing and prospective clients. * Promptly relay telephone messages received from Commercial Department staff for timely follow-up. * Maintain inventory control and stock of commercial promotional materials, brochures, merchandising items, etc. * Procure office supplies, stationery, and other materials required by the Commercial Department and manage inventory. * Maintain confidentiality of customer information. * Perform other duties assigned that are inherent to the position. **SKILLS:** * Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication ability. * Teamwork capability. * Willingness to learn. **BENEFITS:** * Timely monthly payments. * Professional growth opportunities.
