Dynamic work environment and learning opportunities **COMMERCIAL ANALYST – TyP House (Home Sector)** **Salary:** S/ 1,400 – S/ 1,500 \+ **2% commission on sales** **Work Mode:** On-site **Location:** Breña – Lima **TyP House**, a rapidly growing brand in the home and decoration sector, is looking to hire an **Administrative Assistant** to support daily operations, customer service, and commercial management. **Requirements:** ✅ Female, aged 18–35 ✅ Residence in areas near Breña ✅ Advanced proficiency in **Excel and Word** (pivot tables, reports, letters) ✅ Experience with **administrative systems** (any ERP or similar software) ✅ Strong writing, spelling, and communication skills ✅ Proactivity, organization, time management, and teamwork abilities ✅ Preferred: 1 year of experience in similar roles (not mandatory) **Job Responsibilities:** **Management of the Home Sector and Customer Service Channels** (WhatsApp, social media, website, Rappi, etc.) Marketing team follow-up Issuance of **sales receipts**, sales registration, and administrative control **Stock control**, inventory management, and restocking follow-up Support in **shipment coordination, import documentation, and logistics** Preparation and administration of **administrative reports** Email follow-up and coordination with suppliers and freight agents Organization of physical and digital files General support for daily administrative tasks **We Offer:** ✨ Join a modern, growing company ✨ Dynamic work environment and learning opportunities. ✨ Fixed salary \+ **2% commission on home-sector sales** ✨ Working hours: **Monday–Friday, 8:30 am – 6:30 pm** ✨ 2 Saturdays per month (half-day or as coordinated) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
