Rapidly growing company BACCIO PERU SAC A company dedicated to the production and marketing of gourmet ice cream and popsicles seeks a candidate with knowledge and experience for immediate employment. Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near San Miguel. REQUIREMENTS: · University or technical studies in Administration or related fields, with basic accounting knowledge. · Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Autoventa or Soluvent software is desirable but not mandatory. · Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in small or medium-sized enterprises where exposure and responsibility across a broad range of functions and tasks were required. · Availability for full-time work: * Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and * Saturday, 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Answering calls, taking orders / customer service. · Coordination with other company departments (Production, Operations, Distribution, etc.). · Customer collections management. · Issuance of Waybills, Invoices, and Sales Receipts. · Driver and sales representative expense reporting. · Recording and monitoring of Accounts Receivable and preparation of reports. · Receipt, recording, and filing of Payment Receipts, Payment Vouchers, and other accounting documents. · Preparation of requested charts and controls. · Other duties inherent to the position. **CORE COMPETENCIES TO BE EVALUATED:** Responsible, honest, and trustworthy individual (with references) Punctual / Organized Dynamic (or) and proactive Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills Analytical ability Teamwork capability Leadership / Proactivity (or) **WE OFFER:** A small, rapidly growing business (MYPE regime).
