A textile brand with e-commerce and physical sales points is looking for a proactive, organized person with strong writing skills to provide operational and commercial support. Position: Operational–Commercial Assistant Work Modality: Hybrid (remote work + 2 days onsite) Schedule: Monday to Friday and Sundays, from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (8 hours + 1-hour break)\- Work Modality: Hybrid (remote work + 2 weekly onsite visits) Visit Districts: Surco, San Borja, La Victoria, and Barranco Salary: S/1130 + S/100 for internet/electricity Payroll inclusion – microenterprise Day off: Saturdays Main Responsibilities: * Support in order and stock coordination * Review of e-commerce platform (Shopify) * Rotating shifts to respond to customer messages * General support to the commercial and operational area Requirements: * Strong writing and communication skills * Basic Canva or Photoshop (desirable) * Basic Excel * Social media knowledge (user level) * Prior experience (desirable) * Immediate availability * Residence in nearby areas: Surco / La Victoria * Female, aged 23 to 27 Job Type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment Job Type: Full-time Salary: From S/.1,230.00 per month Workplace: Remote employment
