Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Assistant to monitor performance, coordinate trainings, participate in prospecting, and prepare reports in the field of cosmetology and aesthetics. At **Montalvo Institute**, a leading educational institution in the field of Cosmetology and Aesthetics, we are looking for a **COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT** for our branch in **Carabayllo:** **Requirements:** * Technical or university studies in Marketing, Sales, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in commercial/marketing areas. * Experience in the education sector or services. * Intermediate-level Office software proficiency. * Availability to conduct fieldwork. **Salary:** * S/. 1,700 \+ Indicator-based bonus (up to S/.400\) **Responsibilities:** * Monitor the daily performance of sales assistants. * Track commercial indicators. * Coordinate product trainings and refreshers. * Participate in local prospecting activities (activations, fairs, partnerships). * Coordinate lead generation activities jointly with the marketing department. * Supervise proper use of promotional materials at the branch. * Prepare and present periodic commercial reports. **Schedule:** .
