A leading institution in professional training in the beauty sector is seeking a Commercial Manager in Lince with experience in customer acquisition, fieldwork, and results orientation to drive enrollment in our academic programs. **REQUIREMENTS** * Students or graduates in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Sciences, or related fields. * 1 year of experience selling intangible products, customer prospecting, and commercial strategies. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Availability to conduct fieldwork. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop commercial and marketing initiatives for the assigned area. * Maintain the branch’s façade and image in optimal condition. * Promote sales through various activities. * Train and supervise sales assistants to ensure strong brand loyalty. * Generate digital or inbound content related to implemented initiatives. * Assume branch responsibilities in the coordinator’s absence. * Request the branch’s commercial needs (merchandise, brochures, etc.). * Organize workshops or commercial activities at the branch to acquire new customers. * Manage strategic alliances with municipalities or private entities to acquire customers. **SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 am \- 6:30 pm * 2 Saturdays per month: 8:30 am to 11:30 am **BENEFITS** * Full payroll registration * Salary negotiable * Bonuses for achieving targets * Corporate benefits * Ongoing training ***✨ If you have field sales and customer acquisition experience, this opportunity is for you.*** Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * In which district do you currently reside? * Briefly describe your fieldwork experience. * Please provide your current mobile phone number. * Please indicate your most recent salary received: Work Location: On-site employment
