




Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and customer-oriented Commercial and Logistics Assistant to provide commercial support and ensure agile and efficient service. Key role in customer tracking and service. **SWT International Group SAC** is looking for a dynamic, organized, and customer-oriented **Commercial and Logistics Assistant** to support the commercial area and ensure agile and efficient service. **Main Responsibilities** * **Record** orders, sales orders, and purchase orders. * Issue and manage **sales invoicing**. * **Coordinate logistics** for dispatches and deliveries, tracking through to customer receipt. * Perform basic **documentary control** (waybills, invoices, orders). * Provide **administrative support** to the sales team. * **Coordinate** with warehouse and sales teams to ensure order fulfillment. * Prepare sales reports and performance indicator tracking. **Requirements** * Technical or university studies in **Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Business**, or related fields. * **Reference age range**: 22 to 35 years old. * **Minimum 6 months of experience** in related roles (sales assistant, invoicing, logistics coordination, or similar). * Proficiency in **electronic invoicing** and sales systems. * Intermediate **Excel** skills. * Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and ability to work under pressure. * Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual. **We Offer** * **Compensation:** S/ 1300 – S/ 1500 (based on experience). * Full **payroll registration** with all statutory benefits. * **Work modality / schedule:** On-site / Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. * **Work location:** San Isidro.
