This position is ideal for individuals seeking to develop their careers in **foreign trade, logistics operations, and B2B customer service**, within a dynamic environment that supports continuous learning. **Job Objective** Ensure efficient logistics operations management through **international shipment tracking and timely customer support**, guaranteeing visibility and control at every stage of the process. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor international shipments — **ocean (FCL / LCL) and air**. * Inform customers about **cargo status, transit progress, and estimated times of arrival (ETA)**. * Coordinate with **overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and internal teams**. * Record and update operational information in **Excel and logistics systems**. * Review transportation documentation (**MBL, HBL, HAWB**). * Send notifications regarding cargo **departure, transit, and arrival**. * Manage customer inquiries via email and digital channels. * Track **operational deadlines and processes related to customs clearance**. **Candidate Profile** * Final-year student or graduate in **Foreign Trade, International Business, Logistics, or Administration**. * Basic knowledge of **international transportation and logistics processes**. * Interest in **customer service and B2B operations**. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (basic/intermediate Excel)**. * **Basic or intermediate English** (preferred). * Organized profile with strong communication skills and attention to detail. * Experience in logistics or freight forwarding agencies (desirable but not mandatory). **Employment Conditions** Work Modality: **On-site – Callao (Commercial Air Center)** Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: **8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.** * Saturday: **8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.** Workplace: On-site employment
