* Support research on new fashion trends, materials, and textile technologies. * Design and develop textile product samples, including the rigorous preparation of technical sheets (material specifications, measurements, trimmings, etc.). * Coordinate sample and prototype production, ensuring tracking and final approval. * Monitor delivery schedules and the quality of developed products. * Maintain fluent communication and coordinate with Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Quality departments to ensure smooth collection flow. * Provide technical and product support to the sales team. * Actively participate in continuous improvement of area costs and processes. * NOTE: ATTACH CV AND PORTFOLIO Position type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.1,400.00 per month Language: * ENGLISH (Desirable) Work location: On-site employment
