Use of design tools and AI in marketing INTEGRAL SOLUCIONES DIGITAL MARKETING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT **A growing financial sector company** is looking to incorporate into its team a **proactive, responsible, dynamic, and initiative-driven individual**, who is interested in developing expertise in **digital marketing, content creation, advertising, customer service, and sales**. We seek a person capable of learning, adapting, and progressively assuming greater responsibilities within the company. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Create and manage content for **Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok**. * Design posts, advertisements, images, and videos using **Canva, CapCut, and AI tools**. * Create, configure, and support the administration of **social media advertising campaigns**, aimed at acquiring potential customers. * Support the development of content and advertising strategies to improve reach and generate new contacts. * Respond to messages, inquiries, and requests received via social media and other digital channels. * Handle calls from potential customers and provide initial information about the company’s financial services. * Register, organize, and track **potential customers (leads)** generated through campaigns. * Support administrative tasks related to customer service, registration, and follow-up. * Propose new content, advertising, and strategy ideas to improve customer acquisition. * Support other activities related to the operation and growth of the commercial and marketing departments. CANDIDATE PROFILE * **Age: 26 years or older.** * A **proactive, responsible, organized, and initiative-driven individual**. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ease in interacting with customers. * Proficiency in **Facebook and Instagram**, especially for posts and advertising campaigns. * Basic or intermediate knowledge of **Canva, CapCut, or other digital editing tools**. * Interest and willingness to use **AI tools applied to marketing and content creation**. * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different functions. * Prior experience in **digital marketing, customer service, sales, advertising, or social media management** is desirable. * Special emphasis will be placed on **organizational ability, initiative, and problem-solving skills**. **We do not necessarily seek a specialist.** We value more a committed individual with a learning mindset, the ability to work independently, and willingness to assume diverse responsibilities within a growing company. JOB CONDITIONS **Working Hours:** * **Monday to Friday:** 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Compensation:** Base salary, **commensurate with the candidate’s profile, experience, and capabilities**. **Work Modality:** On-site work. **Location:** **Santiago de Surco**, near the intersection of **Av.
