The selected candidate will be responsible for receiving, verifying, storing, and dispatching products, ensuring proper handling of merchandise and warehouse order. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Product Delivery:** Attend to customers in the dispatch area, verifying their payment receipts (invoices/receipts) prior to delivery. * **Merchandise Verification:** Physically verify that the delivered product matches the customer's request in quantity, model, and condition. * **Packaging and Labeling:** Ensure products are adequately protected and bagged for in-store pickup. * **Outbound Control:** Record each dispatched product in the system or store logbook to maintain up-to-date stock levels. * **Coordination with Sales:** Communicate effectively with sales staff regarding any questions about orders or stock shortages. * **Area Organization:** Maintain a clean, organized, and obstacle-free dispatch area to streamline customer flow. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Experience in customer service or dispatch (preferred). * Basic proficiency with digital tools or sales systems. * Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor. * Ability to work under pressure during peak hours. * Responsibility and punctuality. **We Offer:** * Salary: **S/. 1,500.00 monthly**. * Enrollment in the **MYPE** payroll system from day one. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunities for growth within the organization. **Position Type:** Full-time.
