Focus on technical and commercial areas with growth potential. **What is the primary objective of this position?** To provide technical and commercial support in serving industrial customers—from understanding their requirements through quotation and follow-up of rubber product solutions. To act as a liaison among customers, production, and quality—ensuring technically feasible, competitive proposals aligned with delivery timelines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Address customer technical inquiries regarding rubber products (applications, materials, dimensions, standards). * Prepare detailed and customized quotations based on customer requirements. * Develop or interpret basic technical drawings of components (using AutoCAD or similar tools). * Coordinate internally with production and quality control teams to validate technical feasibility and delivery timelines. * Track quotations and support commercial process management until order confirmation. * Maintain up-to-date internal database of technical information on products and materials. **What are we looking for in you?** * Graduate in Industrial Machinery Management and Maintenance; Industrial Mechanics. * Basic or intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory). * Interest in technical and commercial areas; no prior experience required—but eagerness to learn and grow is essential! * Proactive, strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team. * Residence in areas near Huachipa or surrounding districts (desirable, to facilitate occasional in-person coordination). * Intermediate proficiency in Office applications (Excel, Word).
