Job Summary: Responsible for financial analysis, balance reconciliations, account management, and supporting teams in inventory control. Key Highlights: 1. Financial statement and cost center account analysis 2. Local support for inventory control and fixed asset management 3. Management presentations and audit support **In this role, your responsibilities will include:** * Analysis of Financial Statements, identifying variances versus the prior month, budget, and prior year. * Cost center account analysis and monthly reporting. * Responsibility for reconciliation of the Balance Sheet and Income Statement. * Review, support, and manage commercial receivables falling into disputes as local support. * Analysis of Sales and Costs to identify line items requiring additional review that may fall outside corporate policy or the Corporate Procurement Policy (CPP). * Local support to the Inventory and Warehouse teams for inventory control (FG – WIP – In Transit). * Support variance explanations for the Quarterly Balance Review with the Finance World Area. * Perform bank transaction reviews as administrative support vis-à-vis local banks. * Manage requests for new investments related to fixed asset additions and disposals (cost, depreciation, or amortization). * Review quarterly corporate provisions to validate calculations and support approval by Business Unit. * Perform additional analytical and reporting duties related to the position as directed by local and regional management. * Review disbursements of employee, supplier, and third-party advances. * Analysis of valuations to renew insurance policies. * Knowledge of the Company’s business and products. * Presentations to Local and Regional Financial and Commercial Management. Monitor compliance with controls and respond to internal and external audit requirements (KPMG). * **Who You Are:** A Certified Public Accountant professional with solid training in finance, accounting, or business administration. Minimum 5 years’ professional experience leading teams. **For This Role, You Will Need:** * Specialization in USGAAP and IFRS standards. * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency preferred. * Office suite proficiency: PowerPoint, Outlook preferred. * English language, written and spoken, intermediate-to-advanced level. * ERP knowledge, such as SAP, Oracle and/or Exactus.
