Requirements: \- Bachelor’s or technical degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with at least 2 years of experience in the textile sector or similar industries. \- Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. \- Commercial knowledge of knitted and woven garments. \- Basic/Intermediate knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and marketing strategies applicable to this sector. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Follow up on domestic and international export customers. \- Manage customer accounts following established procedures. \- Track customer requirements and requests for commercial information. \- Prepare pre-shipment documents (commercial invoice, certificate of origin, and packing list) for client and destination agent approval. \- Coordinate with customs agents to schedule shipments and negotiate export duties. \- Perform other tasks as required by the department and immediate supervisor.
