Main Responsibilities: 1. Market Research and Analysis * Conduct periodic analysis of direct and indirect competitors regarding pricing, value propositions, and communications. * Identify relevant trends in digital tools, marketplaces, and SaaS platforms. * Design and implement small-scale perception studies (surveys, interviews, or user tests). * Prepare executive reports with clear recommendations to improve positioning and sales. 2. Service and Platform Management * Monitor user experience and document recurring issues. * Analyze strengths and weaknesses relative to similar competitors. * Collect user feedback and convert it into concrete improvement proposals. * Actively participate in decisions regarding new features or enhancements. 3. Pricing Strategy * Analyze market pricing on similar platforms and digital services. * Evaluate whether our value proposition aligns with our pricing. * Propose price adjustments, promotions, or bundled packages based on commercial objectives. 4. Advertising * Execute basic digital campaigns. * Create and schedule content for social media and other platforms. * Launch traditional advertising campaigns in geographic areas aligned with our target audience. * Draft commercial and educational copy highlighting user benefits. * Analyze campaign performance metrics. * Propose ongoing improvements to communication and marketing strategy. 6. Coordination and Operational Support * Coordinate with digital tool or advertising vendors as needed. * Maintain organized records of expenses, campaigns, and results. * Prepare monthly marketing performance reports.
