




**Requirements:** Completed, ongoing or technical studies in Administration, Marketing or related fields, minimum 8th semester. Experience as a junior administrator, store supervisor, administrative assistant and/or customer service representative for 6 months. Knowledge of sector indicators, inventory management, and personalized customer service experience. Enthusiasm, empathetic and assertive communication, strong problem-solving skills, critical analysis, organizational ability, and capacity to foster a positive work environment. Availability to work full-time from Monday to Saturday. **Responsibilities:** Ensure achievement of sales objectives and performance indicators set by the commercial area. Implement corporate promotions and product launches to maximize brand visibility and attract more customers. Efficiently manage stock levels and implement preventive actions to avoid losses and ensure availability of strategic products. Ensure organization and cleanliness of the sales floor and warehouse to guarantee a safe and attractive environment. Process transactions at the cash register to ensure smooth customer service and support during peak demand periods, being responsible for verifying accurate cash reconciliation. Provide excellent customer sales service to ensure personalized attention and a satisfying shopping experience in every interaction.
