




Position Summary: We are seeking a Logistics and Procurement Assistant with experience in the construction industry to manage quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely material delivery. Supplier negotiation and follow-up Our company is currently looking for a **LOGISTICS AND PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT**, who meets the following requirements: ***Requirements:*** * Technical or university degree in Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Logistics Assistant and/or Procurement Assistant and/or similar roles, **in companies engaged in the construction industry.** * Experience in quoting equipment for universities, laboratories, schools, road construction projects, and others. * Knowledge of suppliers in the fields of building construction, civil engineering, sanitation, and others. * Proficiency: Microsoft Office Excel (intermediate level) and documentation management. * Immediate availability. ***Responsibilities:*** * Request quotations from suppliers and prepare comparative tables for approval. * Conduct negotiations to finalize commercial agreements. * Monitor and track procurement activities from acquisition through material delivery (site delivery, warehouse receipt, and material shipment). * Coordinate material delivery. * Issue purchase orders to suppliers and confirm their receipt. * Follow up with suppliers until all requested items are received into the warehouse. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
